What is the minimum driver age?
Minimum driver age varies by vehicle class, from 21 for economy cars to 25 for luxury and premium SUVs.
Is insurance included in the price?
Yes, basic collision insurance is included in every rental. Additional coverage options are available at checkout.
Can I add a second driver or a child seat?
Yes — a second driver and a child seat can both be added at checkout at no extra charge.
Is a deposit required?
If you're 25 or older, no deposit is charged by default. You remain responsible for damage up to €500, as stated in the rental agreement.
How can I pay for the rental?
You can pay by cash, by bank card, or with a combination of both.
Which documents do I need when I collect the car?
You'll need to provide a valid driving licence when you pick up the car.
Do I need to collect the car myself?
No — we can deliver the car to your address if it falls within our delivery zone.
How much fuel will the car have?
The fuel level at handover can vary, and we'll tell you the fuel type when you collect the car. The car must be returned with the same fuel level it had at pickup.
Can I book without my physical driving licence?
Yes — photos of both sides of your driving licence plus another form of ID are enough to complete the booking.
